* Involve in the preparation of all proposal, tendering and estimating exercise.
* Assist in the preparation and maintaining of Department Operating Procedures in compliance with ISO9001 requirements.
* Assisting the head of department in all Contractual matters.
* During pre-contract – Assist in the preparation of the cost plan, costing and pricing, sourcing for quotation and all related information locally and abroad, negotiation with client, cash flow preparation, etc.
* During post-contract – Assist in the preparation of project procedure and standard manual (commercial), contracting strategy, budget and implementation plan, procurement of materials and sub-contractors, cost control and financial reports.
* Assist in reviewing, monitoring and auditing preliminary cost estimates and tender costing, budget and cost control, and final accounts.
* Assist in the monitoring and controlling of project Quantity Surveyors on full contracts administration matters.
Requirements:
* Candidate MUST possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Law/Engineering (preferably in Civil or Mechanical).
* MUST have good knowledge of tender process and preparation in the oil and gas industry.
* MUST be good in report writing.
* Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
* MUST have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* MUST have good and proven knowledge on Contract preparation and administration.
* Applicants MUST be Malaysian citizens.
