A Jakarta based company with more than 25 years of experience in providing services to Oil and gas industry in Indonesia.

URGENTLY REQUIRED

1. FIELD OPERATOR

Job Description, Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Implement sale start-up. Normal. Shutdown operations and Emergency handling the facilities at plant field as per the established procedures/Operating manuals and goods industry practices.
• Check-up and take data of process units and equipment conditions at plant field for further reporting.
• Adjust or change process unit and equipment conditions at proper ranges as per operation manuals and good industry practices.
• Maintain the normal and efficient conditions in field operations of rotating machinery. Furnaces and oilier equipment.
• Handle chemical injection and adjust flow rate as per operational manuals or Commissioning Supervisor’s instructions.
• Provide samples for laboratory test and implement the local test and measuring as per operation manuals or Commissioning Supervisor’s instructions.
• Maintain the plant field in clean and ordered conditions.

Requirement for the position:
• Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas Plant Operation and 3 years experience in refinery operations as a filed Operator.
• Experience in Commissioning, start-up, Shut-down, Trouble shooting and Emergency Handling in field operations of facilities in charge.
• Leadership, inter-personal relation and management skill.
• To have technical vocabulary and good level in English.

2. PANEL OPERATOR

Job Description, Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control sale Start-up, Normal and Shutdown operations by DCS as per established procedures/operating manuals and goods industry practices.
• Will be interfacing directly with the field operators, as an integrated team, in the execution or commissioning and operating activities.
• Responsible for Control and Monitoring or operating conditions by DCS or related facilities during the shift.
• Check-up process conditions by DCS and check-up product qualities by laboratory data.
• Request field operators to check the facility and equipment conditions an to adjust the proper conditions in field operations.
• Change operating conditions by DCS for adjustment of scheduled quantity or production.
• Provide the daily production report by DCS terminal.
• Experience in Commissioning, Start-up, Shut-down, Trouble Shooting and emergency Handling of Process Operations or Facilities in charge.
• Much experience in and familiar with DCS process operation.
• Proactive, Strategic thinker with Analytical skills.
• Demonstrated Leadership and outstanding Communication Skills.
• To have technical vocabulary and good level in English.

Requirement for the position:
• Minimum 6 year experience plus in Oil & Gas Plant Operation which include 4 years as a Panel Operator.
• Able to provide training to junior operators.

3. PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING SUPERVISORS

Job Description, Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring that the pre–commissioning and operating tasks are performed in line with the established procedures and good industry practices.
• Will interface with other disciplines.
• Ensure that the works proceed in conformity with the pre-commissioning and commissioning schedule, and report any deviations to the Area Superintendents and/or Deputy Area Superintendents.
• Supervise mechanical completion and plant handover and make sure that the “ punch lists works” are performed correctly and rapidly.
• Measure the Physical progress of the works in charge on a weekly basis for progress reporting.
• Responsible for safety. Safe working practices and environmental issues in all the areas under their control.
• Have signatory authority and responsibility to approve all work permits in their areas of responsibility.
• Ensure HSE. During pre commissioning and commissioning and permanently remind subcontractor and the workforce to respect safety procedures; supervisors have full authority to suspend works in case safety regulations are not observed.

Requirement for the position:
• Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas Facility project and 5 years experience in refiner.
• Experience in hands-on Commissioning, Start-up, Shut-down, Trouble shooting and Emergency Handling of the facilities in charge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, handling a team of Technicians.
• Driving 1-1SE performance in the project execution.
• To have technical vocabulary and very good level English.
• Able to trin a team of technician.
• Driving HSE performance in the project execution.
