This business will serve as the Asia Pacific headquarters as well as the flagship oil and gas consultancy in the region. To continue our growth and success we are now recruiting regional experts to join our top-tier international team in cosmopolitan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

You will provide consultancy to clients from both within and outside the Shell Group across the Asia-Pacific region;

As a member of a multi-discipline team, you will contribute to both designing and delivering Asset Management Improvement programmes. These programmes will focus on assuring plant integrity, improving reliability, reducing costs, and creating sustained improvement in human competence and performance;

You will work with staffs at all levels to implement change initiatives with the end goal of achieving excellence in plant operations, plant maintenance, plant shutdowns and plant start-ups on existing as well as new assets.

Requirements:

You should have an Engineering degree with at least 7 years of experience in refining, upstream operations, petrochemicals or gas processing sectors;

Minimum of 7 years' hands-on plant operations experience will be required;

Experience in construction completion and projects commissioning/start-up is essential;

Ability to manage and assist complex change management processes in multicultural environments;

These are high profile positions with an international remit and extensive travelling will be required;

A remuneration package based on the conditions in the country of employment will be offered for this position.
