Job descriptionInformation Management Coordinator required for Brisbane Based Multi Billion Dollar Pipeline Project!
The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing the implementation of the Information Management Plan for this entire Project. You will provide oversight, leadership, and guidance.
As a member of the Project Team you will provide the primary Information Management and Document Control functional interface and act as the Project Subject Matter Expert and Point of Contact.
You will Provide Project systems, plans and procedures, and guide the PT and Contractors to ensure project Information Management and Document Control compliance with Company standards across project Phases.
RequirementsAs the Lead Information Management Coordinator you will have:
Skill and experience in supervision of Information Management / Document Control personnel in an Oil and Gas industry project team.
A high proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures.
An understanding of information and documentation needs and uses in operating oil and gas facilities.
10+ years industry working experience in areas of technical administrative support and document management, including working experience with IT systems and tools.
3+ years experience in supervisory / management positions.
Only candidates with the right to work and live in Australia will be considered.
