Description:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Solutions and Processes. the successful candidate will provide administrative support to two departments, Finance Business Solutions and Corporate Accounting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Manage administrative duties, including booking travel, arranging meetings, ISFRs and other duties as required
With the Manager(s) and team, prepare G&A budgets for approval; track and maintain G&A budget throughout the year, including coding and payment of invoices
Coordinate annual corporate G&A budget process
Coordinate Bi-Weekly SOX/IT meetings, Incident summary reports and application assessment summaries
Document Management (DM) stewardship for department
Career planning application - administration
EnVision data maintenance - multicurrency updates, Application user security support
Assisting in the creation and update of policies, procedures and standards
Provide support and guidance for new employees entering into the department
Manage departmental updates of corporate Intranet
Organizing and maintaining files
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following experience and qualifications:
Five + years of administrative/secretarial experience in increasingly responsible roles
Advanced working knowledge Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Knowledge of MS Project is also an asset
Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus
Motivated to learn and demonstrate initiative to expand responsibilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong team player that is able to manage multiple priorities
