Highly successful and rapidly growing independent midstream crude oil company is seeking to hire a COMPENSATION ANALYST for their corporate office in Houston, TX.
This client is actively interviewing and is seeking that candidate who wants to make a difference and achieve the highest level of excellence based on their abilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administer base pay and bonus programs, including annual focal review and bonus cycles
• Manage projects such as survey participation and analysis, compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions
• Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR to educate Managers
• Communicate salary and bonus programs to New Hire Orientation
• Assist HR Manager and Managers with compensation related issues
• Stay current with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure Company compliance
• Compile, prepare and present data to management
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 5+ years progressively responsible experience in Compensation
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Self-directed person able to multitask
