Job descriptionThe Russia Subsurface Coordinator is the focal point for all issues/subjects related to the subsurface of the HC fields (Fields) owned by the Sint Companies (Sint).
NOTE:
Sint Companies (Sint) are: ArcticGaz, Urengoil Ink, NeftegazTechnologia
The HC Fields (Fields) owned by the Sint are: Samburskoye (Valanginian), Samburskoye(Achimov), Yaro, Severo, Yevo.
The fields hold 2P reserves of 5 Billions of BOE (100%)
The Fields are at a different stages of the appraisal and development phase
In details:
He is responsible for collecting and disseminating to the appropriate persons all the relevant information related to the subsurface of the Fields (according to the Russian regulation on treating sensitive data).
He coordinates the internal analysis/study of such information establishing with the Line and Functional Managers deadlines and deliverables.
He ensures that the key results are reported correctly and timely to the Enel Management (Sint Board Members) and to the Sint according to the agreed procedure.
He is a member of the Enel team representing the company in the Technical Committee of Sint for Subsurface activities.
He advices the Sint Board Members nominated by Enel on decision related to the subsurface of the Fields.
He proactively seeks technical agreement/support of the Partners to the Enel technical point of view.
He is responsible of the fulfilment of the legal/admin requirements related to the Subsurface of the Fields (e.g. Reserves Booking)
Subsurface related subjects/issues are:
- Seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation
- Geologic Static Model
- Dynamic Model
- Subsurface Development Plan
- Resource (at P90, P50 & P10) and Proved reserves (SEC).
- Well drilling and Drilling campaign plan
- Well flow optimization
- Well Logging/Coring and Testing
RequirementsAcademic working and thinking level
Russian native required
������ Degree in Petroleum Engineering or comparable
������ At least 5 years of experience with gas and oil production
������ Ability to work both as a team player and leader
������ Independent, proactive and innovative
������ Safety and performance driven
������ Fluent in Russian with good communication and presentation skills
Need to be able to speak/write English
