Highly successful and rapidly growing independent midstream crude oil transportation and marketing company is seeking to hire DIVISION ORDER ANALYSTS for their corporate office in Houston, TX. Client has several openings and will consider candidates with 1+ years experience up to 20 years experience and salary will be commensurate with experience.
This client is actively interviewing and is seeking that candidate who wants to make a difference and achieve the highest level of excellence based on their abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the accurate set up and maintenance of our division of interest ownership and preparation of the division order for proper distribution of proceeds to the interest owners of the oil and condensate which company purchases within an assigned area of responsibility.
• Interpret title opinions, paysheets, conveyance documents, probate and other legal documents to determine the appropriate division of interest set up and changes. Prepare the necessary division orders accordingly.
• Calculate decimal interest changes based on conveyance documents.
• Authorize suspension or release of payments based on legal documents.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with our interest owners and operators. Interact verbally and in writing with customer relations, accounting, legal, and marketing departments regarding our division of interest.
• Coordinate work load to meet monthly deadline for accurate and timely distribution of revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 to 20 years experience as a division order analyst or similar land/title work.
• Advanced oil and gas title knowledge.
• Strong math aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with owners and operators about their issues and concerns.
• Manage workload with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
MUST BE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK FULL TIME IN THE U.S.
