Job description1. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Conduct the CFTs for the D&C contracts from the pre-qualification phase to the recommendation to Award. Manage the contractual and commercial evaluation of the bids, co-ordinate with the D&C Manager and Contracts Engineer.
Issue the of specific CFT Project Control and Contract Administration procedures.
Coordinate the preparation of the contract documents.
Supervise the Contract administration including control and negotiation of Change Orders.
2. SERVICES /REPORTING/PLANNING
Manage the administration functions of the D&C package.
Prepare Project Services procedures for the D&C package and co-ordinate with the central group.
Preparation and collation of the D&C weekly and monthly reports for incorporation into the overall USAN reports.
Provide Project Management visibility on all schedule and cost and contract matters.
Manage the Document Control functions of the D&C Team and co-ordinate any interfaces related to Documentation Management within the Project.
Build and update the planning of the D&C campaign preparation phase, the goods & services delivery and the drilling campaign. Coordinate with the central group for incorporation of the D&C planning in the project planning.
3. COST CONTROL
Manage the cost control for the D&C package.
4. LOGISTIC /PURCHASE
In collaboration with Logistics Superintendent, define the offshore and onshore logistics needs for the USAN development drilling campaign and issue and update a logistics plan.
Manage the execution of the logistic plan.
Conduct and coordinate the purchase, delivery and storage of the goods for the drilling campaign..
5. TEAM MANAGER
Contribute to the improvement of skills and the know-how
Evaluate job holders, Train job holders
RequirementsQualification: Degree educated, preferably in an engineering discipline.
Professional Experience (number of years): 15+ years of industry experience including project controls management of integrated oil & gas development projects.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including producing and maintaining resource loaded schedules using commercial packages such as Microsoft Project.
An ability to work as part of a team efficiently and demonstrate effective organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and strong communication and presentation skills including fluent in spoken and written English.
The ability to successfully bridge between industrial cultures and National cultures, including negotiations and relations with Nigerian authorities.
Experience with Total a plus.
