Continuous Business Improvement - Sub-Surface Operations - Working for this leader in the Gas production arena, they require an individual to work within the Sub-Surface Groups Continuous Improvement Department to deliberate and discuss strategies and options to enhance business practices and processes with the objective of enriching and complementing various departments of this area.
-Reviewing current business enhancement practices and processes in the Sub-Surface Group
-Work closely with the management team and staff to advise on implementating changes to existing processes, and the initiation of new practices/processes.
-Undertaking business studies to integrate overall initiatives for the management of changes to systems, methods and procedures
-Developing and standardising procedures for current and recommended business enhancements practices and procedures
-Coordinating and leading business enhancement projects
-Developing 'business practices and process' benchmarks to ascertain performance worldwide
Continuous Business Improvement - Sub-Surface Operations - Qualifications
-BSc in Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 15+ years multi disciplinary industry experience spanning business administration, work flow process evalutation, continuous improvement, quality and project management
-A high level of business process experience in the Gas sector.
-An understanding of offshore development and subsurface operations
