MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: MS Chemical Engineering. Experience: 10 professional experience (15+) years preferred); at least 10 years in bulk terminals/distribution facilities planning and operations. Experience in evaluating existing and designing new bulk terminals/distribution facilities. Experience in performing evaluations, feasibility studies and preparing request for budgetary approvals. Experience with professional consultant in planning executing engineering studies. Experience in developing corporate strategies and master plans for terminals/distribution facilities. Possess excellent written and oral technical presentation skills.
Conduct feasibility studies on major additions/upgrades to bulk terminals/distribution facilities. Prepare scoping papers to define capital projects covering bulk terminals/distribution facilities. Interface with operating organizations, engineering and project management. Perform economic evaluation and reliability studies on existing and new bulk terminals/distribution facilities. Prepare and make presentations to Corporate Management on product distribution issues. Full time advisory and consultant to Saudi Aramco management and other organizations. Mentor new facilities engineers for future development to Facilities Planning Specialist positions.
