Shift Supervisor - Boilerhouse/Manager/Manufacturing

Immediate need in Kentucky for a Boilerhouse Shift Manager. Must have prior supervisor or management and a minimum of 5 years experience on the operation of boilers. Stationary Steam Engineers license desirable but not required. Responsibilities for this position include the direction of maintenance and operations for the operation of air, water, and steam producing facilities. You will have to provide experienced know-how in the production of air, water, and steam utilizing boilers, blowers, air compressors, MG sets, water conditioning equipment, pumps, reservoirs, chlorinators, chemical mixing plants, and other related equipment. You will direct the maintenance program for the power producing units of this section with attention to operating efficiency, seasonal changes, fluctuating customer demands, etc. A good candidate will be able to schedule work and equipment for assigned crews in accordance with skill, technical knowledge, operational needs and contractual agreements. You will have to contact State Insurance Boiler Inspector to certify and license boilers annually and purchase new equipment, parts, request and directs maintenance activities during boiler outages.
