PURPOSE

Develop tools and process to aid in the improvement of professional competencies to reduce risk in development and operations.

Coordination for Supply people process compliance and benchmarking as it relates to best practices and drive.

Ensure adherence to the processes and identify process and performance weaknesses and opportunities.

Ensure effective adoption of processes through training and assessment.

* Review and implement a performance management system to ensure consistent competency measurement.
* Preparation of teams ensuring compliance for upcoming audits & Supply Process Reviews
* Identification of gaps within the Supply process and reporting to Governance & Process Lead
* Supports and leads the continuous improvement of processes as well as training on such topics.
