Job description• Makes recommendations to management to improve all areas of reservoir management
• Tracks and compares Field performance
• Prepare procedures and technical support
• Monitor well performance and recommend appropriate well intervention work
• Assist in planning and coordinating all major activities
• Contribute full reservoir management input, including numerical simulation, well test interpretation, PVT analysis, material balance, well design and production optimisation.
• Establish a reservoir strategy through the full lifecycle, from exploration and appraisal through to development planning.
• Liaise with subsea and surface construction groups and provide reservoir engineering input to surface facility conceptual planning and design.
Requirements• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or higher qualification
• Minimum 10 years of broad international experience in reservoir engineering, a substantial part of which should be with operating oil companies.
• Extensive experience of turbidite reservoir systems and deepwater field development solutions is required.
• Experience of industry standard reservoir simulation and production analysis software.
• Power user of ECLIPSE reservoir simulation software is a plus
