Production Superintendents Middle East
Based in site office, but with high percentage of time being spent in the field under the direction of the Operations Manager. Primary responsibilities are to implement and oversee production, safety and environmental procedures and insure all new Business Management System policies and procedures are implemented and followed in the field. Review and implement, as required, maintenance programs to extend the life of all operating equipment. Coordinate efforts between Site office and the field to optimize production and water injection.
The jobs require a tech degree (or equivalent) in related engineering discipline; competencies consistent with at least 10 years of relevant field experience with 5 years in a supervisor role. Also proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a minimum of 5 years of upstream oil production, allocation and handling experience.
Working on a 30/30 days work/leave cycle and start ASAP
