Description:A major international oil and gas operating company has requested CCL to provide Senior Wellsite Leaders in Oman for an initial period of 12 months (renewable). These are 28/28 day rotational positions which offer a pleasant living environment and zero local personal taxation. Daily rate internationally competitive and dependent on experience and qualifications. These positions will work on Night Shift. There is a separate requirement for others to work on Day Shift.
Qualifications:Ideal candidates will be degree qualified or have equivalent qualifications and relevant experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as other relevant software. Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience:Candidates will be the Senior Leaders at the Wellsite and will be required to demonstrate HSE leadership at all times and to all members of the drilling and completion team. Will also be responsible for safe execution and delivery of well construction and intervention activity in line with legislation, HSSE expectations and Client Policy and Procedures. Accurate reporting of drilling, completion and well intervention activity. Ensure all rig activities undertaken are: discussed in a planning meeting, covered by procedure, adequately risk assessed, understood by all crew members involved in the task and reviewed to distil lessons learned. Ensuring maintenance of all drilling rig plant and equipment in accordance with Client Technical Integrity Standards and auditing for compliance with legislative requirements (e.g LOLER and PUWER).
