Description:A major international oil and gas operator has requested CCL to provide a Subsea Pipeline Coordinator for a position based in Houston. This vacancy is being handled by CCL's Houston office.
Qualifications:Professional Engineer or equivalent registration. Pipe-in-Pipe design, fabrication and construction knowledge a plus. Knowledge of pipeline certification. Working knowledge of all relevant engineering & construction codes and standards. Specific experience with appropriate Classification Society (ABS, BV, DnV) standards. Ability to work with a diverse cultural environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. US citizens or Green card holders only.
Experience:Significant experience and direct involvement in near shore subsea pipeline design, construction and installation. 10 years of major international pipeline project experience. Client would prefer pipeline experience in Western Nigeria, as well as LNG & LPG experience. The main function of the role is to provide leadership and coordination, as part of project team, over Client's management of design of multiple shallow water subsea Products Loading Systems (SSPLS). Design work will cover study of new Pipe-In-Pipe (PIP) technologies for loading of LNG. In addition, design of LPG and NGL pipeline(s) and associated utility systems. Provide leadership and coordination over process for selection of loading systems.
