Excellent growth opportunity for an Accounting Controller with a well established oil exploration, geothermal and production company in Southeast California. Must have 5+ years Controller experience and 2+ years supervisory experience (prefer Oil & Gas accounting experience). Requires BS in Accounting / Finance and CPA. Position duties include accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, asset management, credit line procurement, personnel administration, preparing individual, partnership and corporate tax returns utilizing tax preparing services, certifying audits, reviews and compilations for accounts receivable, job cost accounting, and continuing to improve reporting efficiencies by redesigning reconciliation reports, month end closing processes, sales proceeds and department policies and procedures.
