Land Analyst needed for a full-time opportunity in Houston, Texas for an independent oil and gas company. The successful candidate will have six-plus years of experience in division orders and records management. Must have the ability to understand leases, holdings, calculate working and net interests. "Start to Finish" exposure and familiarity with Tobin preferred. This position entails researching land records (i.e., acreage, affecting instruments, etc.), maintaining division of interests, and oil and gas leases and contracts, reviewing obligation and calendars, setting up leases and division of interest deck, suspense reports and participating on special project teams.
