Experienced Project Engineer required for a responsible position for a major oil/gas construction project.

Purpose / Role

Responsible for keeping up-to-date records for all architectural and shop drawings, and transmittals received from and/ or distributed to the architect, owner, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in insuring that project activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule.
• Assist in providing technical support for construction effort including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, etc
• Administer project procedures and other work controlling documents.
• Provide documentation to represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client and project management meetings, as requested.
• Interface with all on-site departments as required to resolve technical problems, ensure quality of construction, etc. in support of project management requests.
• Responsible for change orders and minor estimates, as directed.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
• Ensure Health & Safety Responsibilities (ref. SHEQ Responsibilities attached) are adhered to and understood

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent technical training and related experience.
• 10 years above experience in oil and gas industries.
• Good Verbal and Written English Language.
• Team Player.
