Maintenance Business Specialist Team Leader

Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Business Specialist Team Leader to join Woodside’s Production division. The Production division provides production planning, operating, maintenance, engineering and onshore support services to a range of local operating facilities.

The position supports the core business processes of maintenance and reliability management for the Woodside facilities. You will ensure that data collection on the facilities is appropriate and meets the required standards, and will provide direction for the use of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) process within the business.

Typical responsibilities of the role will include:

* Management of the CMMS support structure
* Manage and conduct training for CMMS team and SAP-PM users
* Act as Focal Point for the business in resolving SAP PM issues for Facility Managers and Maintenance Teams
* Development and enhancement of the X1 process
* Identify and direct a shift in Maintenance culture to the most effective use of CMMS
* Ensure accuracy and quality of data within the CMMS by conducting regular system auditing

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

* Minimum 8 years Resource Industry experience in a Maintenance, preferably in a Team Leader role
* Tertiary or Trade qualification in a maintenance discipline
* Demonstrated ability to administer a CMMS
* Skilled in SAP - Expert in Plant Maintenance Module; experienced in multiple SAP implementations or version upgrades
* Knowledge of other SAP Modules, i.e. FI/CO, MM, PS
* Knowledge of computerised RCM programs
* Budget preparation, control and reporting
* Project Management progress, cost, earned value and S curve reporting
* Knowledge of Technical Integrity management, Reliability Methodologies, and Maintenance Management Processes
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, Prima Vera p3 planning software of equivalent
* People Management and Team Leadership Abilities
