Description

We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Superintendents for a various positions within Woodside.

The Maintenance Superintendent’s role is to manage a variety of maintenance activities with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and coordinators whilst maintaining the safety of the personnel and the integrity of the assets. It is expected that at this level, the successful candidate will be dedicated to driving, leading and managing change within the business.

Ultimately, the Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for:

Qualifications

The role of Maintenance Superintendent involves a steadfast commitment to health and safety which will be demonstrated through personal work practices. The successful applicant will have at least 10 years experience as a Maintenance Team Leader within the oil and gas industry. You will be a passionate leader but more importantly you will be able to lead the team to short and long term maintenance deliverables on an individual, team and company level. Your extensive technical understanding of the process will lead you to be a successful Maintenance Superintendent. Your proven leadership skills will complement your tertiary qualifications in engineering or trade qualifications. Not exclusive to your technical expertise, you will be able to demonstrate an empathetic approach to addressing group concerns and aspirations along with addressing conflict and attaining resolution in accordance with company policy.
