Description

We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors for various positions within Woodside.

As part of a multi disciplined production team, Production Supervisors provide leadership and quality assurance within the production technician discipline teams on the designated facility. Leading, mentoring and delegating various work carried out by the Production team, both trade qualified and not, are some of the primary responsibilities of the Production Supervisor Monitoring production targets on the asset, ensuring the facility is operated within the technical integrity envelope, training personnel and general communications are daily tasks. A large component of this role also involves coordination and readiness for emergency response situations.

Qualifications

The role of Production Supervisor can operate in both an onshore and offshore environment. Notwithstanding, health and safety must have a prevailing status and your attitude towards this will be demonstrated through your work practices. A minimum of 5 years hydrocarbons operational experience or similar is essential. You will be a team player but more importantly you will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a team from your previous work experience. Your extensive technical understanding of the process will lead you to being a successful Production Supervisor. A trade background is desirable.
