Project Engineer

Onshore Project Focus

Perth Based

An opportunity exists for a Project Engineer working in the Onshore Projects Division. The project is currently in the develop phase and will require the project engineer to be involved in the develop phase deliverables and coordinator with the E&P contractor. The project engineer will carry significant responsibilities in driving the project through project funding phase.

Once the project progresses to the Execute phase, the project engineer will be responsible for the interfaces between engineering, procurement, prefabrication and construction deliverables to site. The project engineer will report to the Engineering and Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

This position requires tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline. In addition, candidates must have extensive relevant experience, the majority of which should have been spent at an engineer level in the oil and gas industry or other complex processing facility projects.

Candidates are expected to be motivated, customer driven, and have a proven track record in delivering to targets. In addition, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong leadership and performance management skills combined with a committed team approach are fundamental for success.
