We are currently seeking a Part Time Communications Center Attendant to join our team.
Work Schedule:
• Saturday 11am - 11pm
• Sunday 11am -11pm, and other times as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Handle local and international telephones, FAX and email communications
• Interact with US and foreign based employees
• Coordinate emergency notifications
• Monitor headquarters security access control and video surveillance systems
• Answer requests from headquarters’ contract security personnel
• Communicate on radio system
• Use building fire alarm and building management systems as necessary
• Conduct routine security tours of building
• Direct actions of headquarters’ security team when necessary
• Respond to First Aid requests and other duties.
Specific Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Professional oral and written communications skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive and confidential situations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook
