Qualifications• 10 to 15 years of pressure transient analysis experience with a clear understanding of theory as well as practical knowledge.
• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology. A specialization in Well Testing would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of completion techniques, production testing and wireline operations is required.
• Good knowledge of the F.A.S.T. WellTest� software program or other well test analysis software is an asset.
• Field experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, strong team player capable of working in and contributing effectively to the team environment.
Responsibilities• Act as a team lead in the Well Test department and work closely with the Well Test Manager.
• Initiate client meetings to discuss analyses, test designs as well as technical issues.
• Review the final reports submitted by other well test team members to ensure that Fekete standards and quality are maintained.
• Mentor junior well test analysts.
• Analysis of high profile and confidential wells.
