Project engineer needed for a contract opportunity with an oil and gas related engineering and construction company in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years project engineering/facility experience in the upstream oil and gas sector and a broad background in onshore/offshore projects. Responsibilities include leading an evaluation team to define the project scope and cost including concept selection, brownfield verifications, project risk management, constructability review, issues identification workshop, lessons learned workshop and execution planning workshop, project technical basis, preliminary execution plan.
