Qualifications� responsible for strategic Supply Management support to the BU
� align activities with the BU and Divisional initiatives
� jointly develop a strategic plan to optimize the BU�s spending
� evaluate market and industry trends to capture opportunities and mitigate risks to the BU
� lead effective negotiations, process improvement and supplier relationships
� maintain a high level of communication with internal stakeholders, peers and BU leadership
Requirements� must be legally entitled to work in Canada
� B.Comm - or a related/equivalent degree - from a post-secondary institution
� PMAC designation would be an asset
� minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas Supply Management is required
� excellent interpersonal and communication skills
� strong analytical and organizational skills
� proficient with MS Office Suite and other computer applications
� must be able to make strategic decisions using independent judgement in a fast-paced environment
OpportunityThe Business Unit(BU) of this company has an exciting opportunity within their Supply Management team. As a key member of the Supply Management Team, the successful candidate will use their business knowledge to identify and execute strategic opportunities for their BU, actively manage vendor relationships and performance, and provide Supply Management support and expertise to the BUs within the Canadian Foothills Division. This role will appeal to highly motivated individuals with strong financial, business and Supply Chain skills.
