Description:CCL has been requested by a major EPC contractor to provide Mechanical Engineers in Kazakhstan. Duration 2 years. Excellent salary and uplifts. Numerous positions available at various levels.
Qualifications:Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Ensures communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within Mechanical Engineering Group and with other engineering disciplines. Assists with the upkeep of storage and listing of all Mechanical Engineering specific standards stored on the computer network. Mature and professional approach. Self-motivated. Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience:Preferably 6 - 8 years plus relevant, depending on the individual, prior experience or additional training, job assignments, etc. Preferably 2 to 4 years of relevant oil and gas project experience working with Mechanical CTRs; Mechanical Equipment Specifications, Data Sheets, Bid Evaluations and Requisitions; Supplier Document Requirement Lists; Equipment Calculations. Coordinates Mechanical Engineering design activities with other design and engineering groups. Stand in for Principal Engineer if required during periods of absence. On assignment to the field, coordinates or carries out work on site surveys, measurements, acts of acceptance, and other site engineering activities. Must have overseas experience working for a major contractor. Previous experience of working in the CIS a definite advantage.
