Job descriptionPlans, directs and coordinates all sales and services activities of the Company in Thailand to include the service center in accordance with established strategies and objectives. Develops a business model consistent with the Company’s Business Concept.
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage the service center providing both operational and administrative oversight.
• Oversee all sales (direct and rep) and service functions
• Provide direction and support for business development throughout Thailand.
• Ensure highest level of technical excellence, quality and safety of products, services and general operations.
• Grow the Thailand operations in both revenues and profits.
• Oversight of all financial & marketing reporting and business plans
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Develops and achieves operating plans quarterly and annual, including profit/loss and balance sheet which are consistent with Company objectives. Ensures achievement of EVA targeted goals for Thailand.
2. Directs all service and support activities of the Thailand Service Center, to ensure responsiveness and consistent improvement in operational performance. Continually seeks to expand product and service offerings to meet customer’s needs.
3. Oversees all sales activities, both direct and indirect, and develops/implements marketing and sales strategies for the Company in Thailand to meet and/or exceed profitable growth objectives.
4. Ensures highest level of quality and safety of products, services and overall operations.
5. Maintains a strong partnership with customers by understanding and responding to their implicit and explicit needs. Ensures that solutions are supplied which meet customer’s business needs.
6. Continually searching/developing ideas for product and service innovation which can be incorporated into the Company’s product/service offering.
7. Selects, evaluates, motivates, develops, and trains employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives.
RequirementsKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required for Position:
• Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil Preferred)
• Minimum of ten years pipeline or service industry experience.
• Project management related to pipeline or plant construction.
• Working knowledge of line intervention and pipeline cleaning practices.
• Experience in commercial/financial management with full P&L responsibility
• Experience in preparing bid proposals in oil & gas and petrochemical industry
• Preference for Thai national, Male or Female
• Excellent English speaking skills
