Accounting Staff Analyst

Location: Saudi Arabia
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BS Accounting or Finance. U.S. certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials are required.

Experience: Twelve years of relevant experience in a large public accounting firm, or a major corporate (i.e. Fortune 500) environment in the energy field.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Education: MBA preferred.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities include providing a commercial, tax and financial analysis perspective. The ideal candidate will have practical experience and a broad background in the implementation of various types of exploration and production agreements (concessions, production sharing agreements, risk service contracts, etc.) with various hydrocarbon tax regimes and resolution of cross border tax issues, both in the planning and compliance areas, and strong financial analysis skills.
