MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Requires BS/BA degree. MBA is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years business experience, including 6-8 years of hands-on experience in delivering results in at least one of the following management consulting disciplines: business process management, organizational change management, project management.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES.

The desired candidate will work as part of a project or program team to manage changes in Process, People, and Organizations. Responsibilities include leading and delivering the following services.

1. User Readiness Services for SAP projects: Responsible for the SAP Change Management deliverables which are tightly integrated with other project and training deliverables defined for an SAP project. The SAP change management program includes sponsorship management, Stakeholder Analysis, Impact and Issue management, communication planning, and user readiness assessment.

2. Business Assessments: Responsible for delivering a fact-based assessment of issues and opportunities in the current environment of processes, people, and technology. The Business Assessment is typically the first phase of a performance improvement program that includes: assessment, process improvement, and process automation. Assessments are also conducted post Go-Live to measure outcomes against plan and to continue the cycle of ongoing process improvement.

3. Process Optimization projects: Responsible for leading projects to improve the performance of business processes using industry standard process improvement methodologies and techniques such as the Lean Six Sigma, CMMI or any other process improvement methodology.
