Location: UAE To Manage and support Treasury Department by administrating Asset and liability functions in an efficient and effective manner to achieve the desired Goals and objectives in compliance with COMPANY policy and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
• Assist in Planning, Developing, and implementing Asset allocation strategies & net income opportunities in line with Business needs to facilitate optimal returns. Assist in Budgeting purpose.
• Participate in pricing of assets and liabilities to manage future rate exposures and manage the liquidity of the company. Allocate available cash to various asset classes on a termed (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) basis and monitor its executions.
• Track and report interest rates. Manage interest risk through the interest risk exposure evaluation and the development of alternative strategies to mitigate risk.
• Provide support in establishing systems and procedures and maintain records of income and expenses, analyze data, and prepare gap reports.
• Evaluate asset class, economic variables – its relationship and trends, implication of asset allocation strategies by conducting research and maintain database of economic and market index data, correlations of volatilities and returns.
• Ensure accuracy in modeling assets and liabilities. Build and maintain financial models for Group use (asset – liability models, asset return, simulation models, optimization model, risk management and risk budgeting).
• Manage and engage actively the analyst and traders on Corporate Credit and relative value opportunities
• Monitor Market sectors to identify shifts in relative valuation, risk exposure and propose & implement resolutions under the guidance of Reporting Head.. Participate in new product developments.
• Participate in investment planning to facilitate optimum returns on investment
• Monitor interest rate exposure and maintain a tracking system for reports on its measures.

IV Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting
• Have solid Asset Management & administrational experience.
• Possess a sound knowledge of the financial industry
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation with the ability to prepare detailed narrative reports;
• Thorough Knowledge of General Ledger Accounting System, PC Spreadsheet (Excel, Access) applications and Cash Management Services.
• Ability to independently analyse complex problems and resolving skills
• Have good attention to detail, excellent organization skills and a high standard of accuracy.
• Be a team player and also able to work on their own initiative and be self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside in a professional manner
• Project Management Skills
• Time Management Skill
• Flexible and “can-do”, attitude.
• Language Skills: English and Arabic
Experience:
• 5-7 years work experience in Asset/Liability management in a similar business line or multinational firm
