Job descriptionElevate (promote, advance, further, improve) the execution of Well Servicing Operations and its impact on the overall value to OOGC’s oil & gas operations through the development, application, and sharing of: - Technical expertise - Safe Operating Practices - Lessons learned - Standard Operating Procedures - Root Cause analysis - Common KPIs - Training - Contractor Management - Benchmarking - Technology & Innovation - Peer Reviews • Primary focus is to support OOGC’s oil & gas operations in continuously improving the overall safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the well servicing process • The well servicing processes covered are primarily using land-based service rigs and include: artificial lift installation/repair, workovers, fishing, remedial cementing and zonal isolation, perforating, sand control, production logging, slickline services, downhole equipment selection, completions, coil tubing, completion fluids and filtration • Development and coordination of reporting and data capture to facilitate learning • Lead reviews to assess well servicing performance and recommend alternatives for improvement • Promote creative ways of dealing with contractors and suppliers to control costs • Analyze well servicing processes company wide and ensure that best-fit technology and best practices are being utilized • Leadership of OOGC’s “Well Servicing” Community of Practice • Evaluate new technologies and applications to increase the performance and value of OOGC’s execution of well service work • Work with Artificial Lift Specialists, Well Analysts, and others as appropriate to maximize the life-cycle value of each well via the well servicing function
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
Minimum15 years combined operations experience with min 10 yrs directly related to well servicing operations 2. Proven track record of continuous improvement in well servicing operations 3. Experience in applying and improving standard operating procedures in Well Servicing operations 4. Ability to analyze historical data to implement future improvements 5. Exhibit leadership & influence to guide a peer group in continuous improvement 6. Ability to develop/articulate the business case for recommendations
Additional Desired Qualifications:
1. Track record of continuous improvement results 2. Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively and influence multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams
