Saudi Aramco s Haradh Gas Plant Department is seeking a DCS Engineer with distributed control system (DCS) and Emergency Shutdown Devices (ESD) comprehensive knowledge in an operating petrochemical facility such as Gas Plants or Refineries. The candidate should have extensive experience in troubleshooting control systems & ESD encountered problems.


The candidate is expected to:

To develop and keep current a road map addressing the control systems reliability and availability over plant life span.

To address and implement solutions to encountered daily problems on the control system and ESD.

To come up with innovative solutions towards plant process control optimization


SELECTION CRITERIA

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering.

10 years direct experience in Gas Plants or Refineries.

Experience with plant specific control system.

Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience with multivariable control system, asset management, and other advanced applications.


COMMENTS

The candidate will work in a supportive environment within the compound of a modern Gas Plant and Residential Bachelor Complex where not only single room accommodations, laundry and food are free, but also modern recreational facilities are provided. In-addition, the candidate will receive a handsome 12% location zone allowance, and 10.5 hours overtime weekly on a 5/2 work schedule. The area is served by free airplane transportation 4 times weekly to two main cities in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom.
