$70000 - $140000 PROCESS ENGINEERS. They prefer 5/25 year experience range types (but will look at candidates w/ up to 30/35 years experience) Must be a technical oriented ChE, preferably with experience in OIL REFINING, LNG, NGL, and NATURAL GAS PROCESSING (may look at a few petrochem people, particularly if they have process exp. similar to LNG, such as methanol -MEOHl, Ammonia NH3 for example). Operating Company or E&C experience as long as the ChE in a plant is technology/process simulation oriented vs plant operations. Need simulator software, preferably HYSIS or PRO II (Aspen OK). Need the types that can start with a blank piece of paper or a licensable process and develop a design and PFD (process flow diagram), equipment data sheets, pressure relief design, simulation and general process engineering. Will invite in from any where in the US or Canada Salaries in the $90/140K range THE 5-15 year experienced people need to be: * Capable of supervising small Process Engineering work groups (2 - 3 engineers) and reviewing the work of junior engineers * Mastery of basic Process Engineering design deliverables and calculations including development of: Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat and Material balances, utility balances, equipment sizing and specification, Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), and pressure relief system analysis. * Knowledge of work planning and scheduling of Process Engineering tasks a plus * Significant experience with process simulation tools (Hysis,Provision, Aspen) THE 15-20 year experience people need to be: * Capable of leading larger Process Engineering work groups (5 - 7 engineers) and complex studies
