As one of the world's largest drilling service companies, this multi-service drilling contractor supports its customers' varied requirements, with field operations and offices in Canada, the United States, South and Central America, Asia, Africa and Australia.
This industry leader enjoyed its fifth consecutive year of record revenue and earnings, and does not look like slowing down as it surges forward in 2008.
We are working with this dynamic conglomerate in their search for Drillers on their Queensland Coal Seam Gas projects. The desired candidate will be responsible for the operation of the drilling rig and reaching the daily drilling targets. Compliance with OHS standards and training offsiders on site safety is also an essential component of this position.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience on UDR, Schramm or Longyear model rigs
Up to 3 years on the levers
CBM/CSG Drilling experience
Ability to train and develop offsiders
