Leading engineering and generator repair company seeks experienced Generator Specialists and Generator Technicians ( Winders ). 100% travel required for this position. Candidates MUST HAVE Steam gas and nuclear generator repair knowledge and expertise. Generator Specialist will be responsible for: Performing electrical and mechanical maintenance testing and troubleshooting of generator stators, fields and exciters; Field repair work; Perform and supervise normal refurbishment activities including stator rewedges, rewinds and change outs; Independently perform or supervise stator or field repair activities. REQUIRES: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree ( BSME or BSEE ) with 5-10 years experience in generator field services, generator maintenance, generator repairs or nuclear plant repairs; Demonstrated technical knowledge of generator maintenance; Ability to travel at a moments notice; clean driving record; ability to obtain nuclear plant clearance.
