LEAD ENGINEER opportunities, all disciplines, based in Louisiana for a well respected firm. Must have BS Degree in either Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, or Civil and a minimum of 5+ years experience in petrochemical plant engineering including some design experience. Experience needs to include at least one year in a lead or supervisory role. Need PE Professional Engineer License or ability to obtain within one year. Must have solid leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Position will lead a team of up to 5 engineers, designers, and technicians in your discipline on projects involving petrochemical plant engineering, maintenance, upgrades, reliability improvements, and modifications. Will interface across disciplines and with clients to evaluate conditions and issues, determine and recommend solutions, and implement modifications depending on the scope of work. Travel up to 25% in the southeast USA.
