Pipeline Environmental and Regulatory Coordinator needed for long term contract opportunity in Beaumont, Texas. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in natural or environmental sciences, natural resource management, engineering, or some other technical field related to SHE management, as well as a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the SHE and/or regulatory compliance field preferably related to a construction or extractive industry project. Knowledge of FERC and US pipeline regulations is required. Responsibilities include interfacing with project design and execution teams to ensure requirements and standards are properly integrated into project designs and implementation plans, and ensuring FEIS, FERC Order and USACE conditions and obligations are incorporated into detailed engineering design. Requires involvement with state (Texas/Louisiana) agencies and AMEC/Paragon during detailed engineering design including site specific plans, hydro-test plans and water use approvals, HDD site specific plans review and approval, engineering, ROW, procurement, Paragon/Willbanks interface and coordination, obtaining project permits, licenses, and approvals in a timely manner; and monitoring the project approvals’ process and the project's compliance status as needed.
