BS / MS / PhD in Process / Mechanical / Civil / Piping / Safety, Possesses vast experience in Contract Proposal and Management. Contract Administration, Procurement, Inspection (QA/QC) and Marketing. Possesses Progressive analytic experience in all phases of constract including subcontracting & material procurement, track record of bringing complex, new plants from conception to mechanical completion within budget and on time, saving capital cost. Worked with overseas collaborators & vendors. Demonstrated required leadership and strong marketing skills, team player, enjoy problem solving & flexible to take up assignments, situation demands.
RequirementsCandidates must have more than 10 years experience in Oil & Gas and/or Refinery fields.
