Information Technology Service Delivery Specialist

Position Synopsis
In this newly created, Singapore based role you will be responsible for assisting the MinEx team to deliver and maintain Information Technology (IT) services through management of IT infrastructure services, support and delivery for our global office and field locations.
Reporting to the Information Manager, Minerals Exploration, key accountabilities will include:
• Day to day Service Delivery Management for IT Services;
• Day to day Vendor performance management for IT Services;
• Review Service provider SLA performance, identify and track trends and implement service improvement or operational improvement programs as required
Skills and Experience
To be considered, you should have post graduate qualifications, preferably in Computer Science or Commerce and significant experience in delivering key systems, preferably in an exploration geoscience environment. You will have substantial post qualification experience in IT and extensive vendor management experience. Understanding of working in geographically dispersed and complex environments will be highly favourable.
Your track record is testimony to your success in facilitating and managing conflicting IT operational requirements. Experienced in managing teams, you have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the business.
