Gas Marketing - Team Assistant

Position Synopsis

We are seeking a highly reliable and competent individual to provide general administrative support to the BHP Billiton Petroleum Gas Marketing Team.

Based in our Perth Central Park offices and liaising with a variety of professionals across the BHP Billiton business, your duties will include:

• Supporting the team in the use of business systems including SAP and Documentum

• Preparation and compilation of quality documents and presentations

• Providing general administrative support including organising meetings, arranging travel, managing diaries and expense claims;

• Inducting new team employees and contractors into the team

• Arranging functions as required.

Skills/Experience

Proactive, professional and honest, you relate well to people at all levels, capable of forging effective working partnerships with a strong customer service orientation. Your ability to multi-task, prioritise and schedule work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines will mean you quickly become a key part of our team. These skills will be complemented by your flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and meticulous attention to detail.

You will be familiar with SAP and be able to view information and generate reports. You will have excellent skills in the Microsoft suite of applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
