Description:CCL has been requested by a leading oil & gas company to provide a C & P Coordinator for a position based in Kazakhstan. This position has a 28/28 day rotation and contract duration of 1 year. Excellent daily rates.
Qualifications:Degree level professional education or equivalent with relevant work experience. Legal and regulative acts of RoK and other existing International documents, methodological materials in Contracts & Procurement. Basics on labour law of ROK. Market methods of operations. In-depth understanding of Tender Procedures and C & P Procedures. Good verbal and written communication skills, including proven presentation skills. Analytical and organisational abilities with proven man-management and negotiation skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardisation exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to prioritise, organise and delegate tasks according to, importance / criticality and the skills available within the Department. Self motivated, with ability to plan and organise a varied and busy workload activities to meet targets, maintaining a high internal and external profile. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Great tact, judgement and perseverance. Ability to affiliate closely with Kazakh culture and traditions. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience:Candidates should have experience in the industry of not less than 10 years. The main functions of role will be: Effective and efficient managing, in compliance with directives received from Project Services Manager and Contracts & Procurement Controller, all aspects relevant to coordination and administration of activities associated with Contracts and Procurement for Project Development Directorate. Effective processing of Project Development Directorate requisitions, commercial evaluations and required negotiations, definitions of all contractual terms and conditions, implementation of effective work practice. Ensure consistency of C&P activities with Tender Procedures and Company policies and procedures.
