Description:CCL has been requested by a major EPC contractor to provide Senior Project Engineers for Gas Utilization Project in Kazakhstan. Duration 2 years. Excellent salary and uplifts.
Qualifications:Ideal candidate will be well educated and have an Engineering Degree or Diploma / equivalent qualifications and experience. Ensure authorised activities are performed to procedure and meet project Scope of work, CTR's and schedules and all aspects of the projects design comply with legal acts, safety, client and regional requirements and specifications as related directly or indirectly to the discipline. Ensure all aspects of the design are 100% checked in accordance to QA policies & ISO 9000 requirements. An ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and strong communication and presentation skills including fluent written and spoken English.
Experience:Supervision and administration of all staff on respective Projects. Report to Project Manager on all engineering and procurement activities. Highlight immediately to Project Manager and Engineering Coordinator any item, which may delay the development and progress of the project and any project growth items either technical or procedural for their approval and authorisation to perform growth activities prior to implementation. Liaise with Project Manager relating to respective project engineering issues and objectives. Respond to client comments via Engineering and Project Managers. Raise and monitor reply to technical query sheets as required. Ensure all documentation and communication is logged with Client DCC. Maintain project folders. Weekly Highlight Reports for all active projects to Project Manager / Engineering Coordinator. Must have overseas experience working for a major contractor. Previous experience of working in the CIS a definite advantage.
