EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires BS/BA degree, Masters a plus, with a minimum of 12-15 years overall Training & Development experience. Four of these years must have been in a supervisory role of trainers. This senior professional must have extensive experience in platform delivery, design and implementation of supervisory and management development programs and processes in large, diversified corporate environment. Successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent coaching and mentoring skills; ability to interface at the senior management/executive levels; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong facilitation and influencing skills. Any international experience working with multi-culture client groups is a plus. Experience in petrochemical related industry is a plus.
SUMMARY: Reporting into the Leadership Development Division in the Training & Career Development organization, this position will serve as a senior member of a team responsible for delivery of a suite of training and development programs and processes for supervisors and managers in a large, diversified corporate organizational environment. While the role is primarily one of an individual contributor, the position holder must have the requisite mentoring and coaching skills in order to develop more junior team members. This seasoned professional will also lead the design, development, piloting, and rollout of new training and development programs. This position is available on either single or family status.
