Location: USA A Construction Superintendant
Supervises:
All construction crew on-site
Liases with:
Field & Production Engineers, HSES, PMT, Client Representatives, Subcontractors, Vendors, Fabrication, Marine, Secunda, Senior Management
Basic Function:
Actively engaged in the development of execution strategies during the bid phase.
Coordinates the provision of above deck crew with marine divisions as required.
Supervision of on-site installation operations
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provides manning requirements during the bid phase
Actively engaged during installation planning to ensure practical and safe solutions are being developed.
Provides strong leadership throughout construction activities
Ensures approved installation procedures are followed and, in the event a deviation from procedure is required, adheres to JRM’s change management policies.
Responsible and accountable for safe work practices onsite
Implementation of disciplinary procedures when required.
Ensures job safety analysis (JSAs) are performed and effective safety meetings are held on a daily basis.
Ensure established lines of communication are adhered to by all supervisors to maximize productivity, efficiency, and safety
Review daily reports to verify accuracy. Submit daily reports in a timely manner to keep management abreast of construction progress.
Additional duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Engineer on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
10+ years experience in subsea installation operations
MS Office computer skills. MS Project proficiency is a plus.
