Great benefits: Immediate positions with a Oklahoma company for SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERS for pipeline project engineering experience with a BSME, BSCE, BSChE, or Petroleum Engineering Degree from an accredited college. Requires at least 8-12 years experience in the natural gas or natural gas liquids industry. Prefer Design and Project Management experience in the Energy/ Gas Industry. Experienced person will be a hands on project engineer. Must be willing to relocate to central Oklahoma and work on various projects. Requires the ability to work with staff of engineers and designer/drafters. Experience with coordination of all major engineering projects at gas processing facilities, technical consulting regarding all major engineering projects. Requires the ability to understand the financial and competitive issues that affect design and construction projects and a thorough understanding of pipeline, compression and Measurement operating processes. Experience should include ability to read and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams and prints, to use problem solving skills and make good decisions. Requires a valid Drivers license. Relocation will be considered.
Questions you will be asked:
• What has been your experience in the natural or liquid gas industry. Explain! Do you have a BS Degree in Engineering? What? When?
• Describe your work in the design phase of the gas industries. Explain and describe some of the projects related to the gas industry. Give some examples of your design work in sizing, selection, pipeline and compression stations. Are you able to work in the structural areas related to pumping or compression stations, supports, etc.
• Describe project experience with managing technical resources pertaining to the design, project managing and standards around the pipeline, compression, processing and measurement facilities. Describe your experience with coordination of all major engineering projects at gas processing facilities, technical consulting regarding all major engineering projects.
• Describe your ability to understand the financial and competitive issues that affect design and construction projects and a thorough understanding of pipeline, compression and Measurement operating processes. Describe your experience and ability to read and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams and prints, to use problem solving skills and make good decisions and ability to learn by reading and interpreting written technical material.
