EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY!!! A manufacturing company is seeking a Production Tube Bender Operator for its Orange County California facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in operating and running CNC or manual tube bender equipment. A high school diploma is required. Applicant must have working experience in the electromechanical assembly process and the use of assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment. Excellent problem solving skills and ability to lift and move 60 lbs. is required!!! Tube bender operating experience and the ability to read ASME Y14.4 drawings is preferred. Candidate must have thorough understanding of high pressure gases(3600-10,000 psi) and data acquisition and test instrumentation. Experience in ISO9001, AS9100, automotive mechanics, and the ability to operate a forklift is a PLUS!!! Applicant must be willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime hours. This position will be responsible for operating tube bender tasks, and assembling and shipping products according to specifications in a timely manner. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience!!!
