Major engineering company in Texas needs Refinery PROJECT ENGINEERS is to oversee the technical integrity of the project, including compliance with the project scope, job specification, accepted good engineering design and meeting the client's requirements. Requires a BS Engineering, PE preferred, and 10+ years Refinery Project Engineering experience. Must also be knowledgeable with the project schedule, budgets, project procedures, and is responsible for execution and completion of the projects.
